Il s'agit d'une avancée pour laquelle nous nous devons, au nom des délégations présentes, d'exprimer toute notre gratitude à l'ensemble des acteurs qui y ont travaillé
Dear actors at different levels, we now have a great responsibility to disrupt the productive system of our countries by the Covid-19 pandemic.
L'initiative des programmes de renforcement de capacités, de promotion de la formation en milieu professionnel (même dans le contexte de la pandemie) et de l'insertion des actifs dans le tissu économique nous revient !
